How to make a plan and stick to it?

This is the jumping off point, time to get our feet wet.

Are you like me and have started watching every youtuber to see which goals and how to set up the perfect plan for 2021? Do you get up, make your list, and by lunch time crash and burn in a spectacular heap of too high of expectations and physical exhaustion from checking your list over and over in your mind all night long?

Confession time: My self discipline needs improvement, or maybe I just need to listen to the rhythms of my body and give myself a break.
